Donations
Donations made through this website are processed by Click & Pledge, our secure third-party payment processor. All donations to Saddle Up! Nashville are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. Saddle Up! Nashville is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Federal Tax ID: 62-1281856).
All gifts are considered final. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not guarantee that any specific program, service, or campaign will be funded to completion.
Program Enrollment and Waitlists
Submission of a program interest form does not guarantee enrollment in any Saddle Up! program. All participants are subject to an assessment process and must meet program eligibility requirements. Saddle Up! Nashville reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion.
Waitlist placement is based on the date a completed interest form is received. We cannot guarantee specific enrollment timelines.
Volunteer Participation
All volunteers must complete a new volunteer training session before participating in any on-site activities. Saddle Up! Nashville reserves the right to remove any volunteer from the program at any time. Volunteers assume certain inherent risks associated with being in an equestrian environment and are required to follow all safety protocols established by Saddle Up! Nashville staff.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Saddle Up! Nashville does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
